Discover the diverse cultures and cuisines Boston-area restaurants have to offer at Cultural Café, hosted by Hostelling International USA. The first Tuesday of every month, enjoy a meal with members of the community, learn about a new culture and help support Cultural Kitchen, HI-USA's premiere educational program for inner city youth.

Sabur Restaurant in Somerville is our destination for May, from 7 to 9 PM on Tuesday May 4th. Sabur celebrates in a multi-ethnic cuisine inspired by the rustic fare of the Mediterranean region. The menu features exotic flavors and aromas of regions ranging from Italy, Greece, Southern France, and the Balkans to North Africa and beyond. However, for our event, owner Haris Jusufbegovic will prepare a Bosnian feast celebrating the cuisine of his homeland. This will include a special emphasis on the strong coffee prized in Bosnia.
